Job Purpose
This position exist to take full responsibility of overall management of technician team.
Plan, develop ,execute and monitor its activities and related systems by optimum resources at efficient cost. Deliver as per company quality standards.
Manage the risks and opportunities to bring the sub sections to a further step
Key Accountability Areas
To execute job orders as assigned by the Senior production engineer
Report any discrepancy in BOM or shop drawings or items received from store to the production engineer, and check with design if required
Request materials from store as required for the job, report any shortage
Report time for each job order to the production coordinator
Maintain Tools assigned and company property
Coordinate with QC and design for defect rectification, report when done
Maintain Clean work space and obey safety instructions
Role Accountability
HR Proficiency:
- Training subordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
- Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
- Resolve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Safety:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Diploma Degree in Electrical Institute
