Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
Perform production activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
Target Achievement
- Deliver to meet target machine utilization of the department.
- Deliver to meet target operator efficiency of the department.
- Manage KPI of the department.
Quality and Efficiency Improvement
- Analyze and contribute to reduce the rework rejections and COPQ in the department.
- Review shortfalls regularly and take corrective actions for improvement.
Coordination and Communication
- Interaction and coordination with other functions to ensure smooth functioning of the project.
- Co-ordinate with design, production, maintenance, and QC departments.
- Attending design review, production review, and planning meetings.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly/yearly utilization and efficiency reports.
Maintenance and Organization
- Ensure machines, accessories, work area, and instruments are kept clean and orderly. Maintain 6S.

- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
