Monitoring Daily Production

Liaising Among Stakeholders

Coordinate with suppliers
Communicate with different departments

Ensuring Timely and Quality Production

Oversee production schedules
Maintain product quality standards

Supervising and Motivating Team

Manage production team
Provide guidance and support
Foster motivation and high morale

Reviewing Workers' Performance

Assess performance regularly
Provide feedback and identify improvement areas

Maintenance of Equipment

Ensure regular maintenance
Address equipment issues promptly

Implementing Company Policies and Goals

Collaborate with partners
Apply company policies in production processes
Align production with company objectives

Ensuring Health and Safety Compliance

Adhere to health and safety guidelines
Promote a safe working environment
