Production Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of high-quality aluminum products while strictly adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:
- Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement production schedules in alignment with customer orders.
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the training and development of production staff.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to maintain high-quality standards.
- Provide technical support and solve production-related issues as they arise.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to production operations and reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aluminum industry.
- Familiarity with production planning and quality control methodologies.
- Knowledge of aluminum window and door manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using engineering and production software (e.g., AutoCAD, ERP systems).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
