Production Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of high-quality aluminum products while strictly adhering to safety and environmental standards.


Key Accountabilities

The position involves:


  • Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production and reduce waste.
  • Develop and implement production schedules in alignment with customer orders.
  • Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the training and development of production staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Provide technical support and solve production-related issues as they arise.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to production operations and reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aluminum industry.
  • Familiarity with production planning and quality control methodologies.
  • Knowledge of aluminum window and door manufacturing processes is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using engineering and production software (e.g., AutoCAD, ERP systems).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
