Job Description

  1. They were receiving orders from the commercial and projects department (sales team – warehouse officers in the regions) and entering them into the Odoo system.
  2. Develop daily and weekly plans based on project and commercial demands and availability of raw materials.
  3. Knowing the components and stages of product manufacturing.
  4. Follow up on the specifications of orders and their production quantity.
  5. Calculate production targets and overtime for workers.
  6. Ensure that workers are disciplined in terms of attendance and departure.
  7. Follow up on the productivity of the women's section.
  8. Factory safety procedures for men's and women's sections.
  9. Delivery of finished product to warehouses – finished goods warehouse.
  10. Daily, weekly, and monthly production reports in the Odoo system.
  11. Coordinate receipt of returns from warehouses/customers record them in the Odoo system with the quality department and enter them back into the production plan.
  12. Communicate with the purchasing department to ensure the availability of raw materials needed for production.
  13. Conducting quality tests on raw materials before starting production.
  14. They are training workers on modern manufacturing methods and ensuring their commitment to quality work.
  15. Determine the factory's needs for equipment and machinery and submit purchase orders.
  16. Participate in management meetings to report on progress and productivity.
  17. Develop solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  18. Follow up on complaints related to product quality and work to resolve them.

Skills

  1. A production Engineer must have leadership skills.
  2. Must be familiar with and proficient in the Odoo system.
  3. He must be familiar with the safety procedures in the factory and ensure that the workers adhere to them.
  4. Qualifications and educational requirements: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
