Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the world's largest global food companies in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Production Analyst who will play a key role in monitoring and improving production efficiency. This position involves analyzing yield, BOMs, workforce allocation, and productivity to ensure smooth operations while keeping costs under control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess production performance and suggest improvements.
- Oversee productivity levels across production lines and develop enhancement strategies.
- Implement monitoring systems to track efficiency; set benchmarks for line efficiency and monitor results.
- Conduct detailed performance reports at the end of each month.
- Investigate inefficiencies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement and work towards optimizing production processes.
- Determine and validate ideal yield for each SKU and conduct yield performance assessments and address discrepancies.
- Maintain and update BOM compositions, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and guidelines for internal use.
- Ensure precise cost rating per line and maintain accuracy in financial reports.
- Define and oversee fixed cost budgets.
- Plan and distribute workforce efficiently across production lines.
- Monitor labor allocation to enhance productivity.
- Identify and report any HSE hazards, incidents, or deviations.
- Adhere to and enforce safety protocols, ensuring all personnel follow proper procedures.
- Participate in risk assessments and safety improvement initiatives.
- Follow Food Safety Golden Rules and ensure compliance with FSQ policies.
- Train and oversee team members to meet food safety standards.
- Maintain integrity in food production processes and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and production processes.
- Experience managing yield optimization, process losses, and rework strategies.
- Familiarity with FMCG production workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP and analytical tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram, etc.).
