The Product Training Manager is essential for developing and
implementing comprehensive training programs for automotive products, ensuring
that the sales team is well-versed in product features, benefits, and market
positioning.
This role involves creating tailored training materials, conducting
engaging training sessions (both online and offline), and regularly assessing
the team's product knowledge and sales skills. The manager will analyze the market trends and competitor information to keep the sales team informed with the
latest insights.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE
ROLE:
Develop and implement training programs for automotive products to
ensure the sales team understands product features, selling points, and market
positioning.
Create training materials (e.g., PPTs, videos) and design courses
tailored to various training needs to enhance the professional skills of the
sales team.
Organize and conduct online and offline training sessions, and regularly
evaluate product knowledge and sales skills to ensure effective training
outcomes.
Analyze market trends and competitor information to provide the sales
team with up-to-date product updates and market insights.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and after-sales teams to optimize
training content, ensuring consistent product information aligned with business
needs.
Continuously improve training programs based on participant feedback and
provide customized support for teams in different regions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business
Management, or related fields.
At least three years of training experience in the automotive industry,
with a proven track record in product or sales training.
Strong knowledge of automotive products and the market, with excellent
presentation and communication skills.
Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with OEMs.
Skilled in course development and training material creation, with the
ability to independently plan and execute training projects.
Results-oriented with strong analytical, planning, and organizational
skills.
Good team player, willing to travel for short-term assignments.
Fluent in Arabic and English; proficiency in
additional languages is a plus.
