Product Owner - PLG

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Product Owner – PLG (Product Led Growth) to deliver our product strategy and champion seamless user experiences, aligning with our product-led growth strategy. We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to work with our PLG team. In this role, you will be the catalyst for delivering innovative, data-driven product experiences. You will own the end-to-end journey of our solutions, with a focus on optimizing user onboarding, retention, and engagement to fuel growth. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that our solutions deliver value, align with user needs, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into user stories and ensuring the development team understands the objectives and priorities.
Responsibilities
+ Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product vision and business objectives.
+ Create, refine, and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for the development team.
+ Ensure that the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by the development team and stakeholders
+ Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, providing clarity and direction.
+ Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Work with the Scrum Master and development team to remove impediments and ensure that the sprint goals are met.
+ Champion a user-centered approach, ensuring the PLG initiatives meet the needs of customers and end-users.
+ Gather feedback, and work with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly experiences.
+ Validate new features and changes by conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring they meet the defined criteria.
+ Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
+ Define release goals and coordinate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features.
+ Work with PMM to maintain user documentation, and training materials to support product launches.
+ Provide product training and support for sales and support teams to ensure they can effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Requirements
+ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
+ Proven track record of working in agile environments, using tools like Jira or similar for managing backlogs, sprints, and development cycles.
+ Ability to work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, or related)
+ Previous experience in product-led companies or SaaS companies is nice to have.

Fluent in Arabic
+ Experience working in product-led SaaS companies.
+ Experience in the PoS industry and retail technology is highly desirable
