As a Product Operations Specialist, your daily workload might include:
- Define and set the collaboration structure between Product and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation with Product and to capture any insights relevant for Product discovery; stakeholders include: Customer success, Sales and Post-sales.
- Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for our products.
- Surface and advocate for key insights to inform product features prioritisation and scoping.
- Work closely with Product Marketing on the go-to-market of new products and features.
- Own Product testing (dogfooding), to ensure features are built as intended and will be adopted by clients.
- Surface then work-on solving bugs with the Engineering team.
- Facilitate regular cross-functional Product strategy exercises, most notably roadmap planning.
- Work closely with Product managers to follow up on progress of scoping and prioritizations.
