As part of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you’ll be joining forces with six other leading diagnostics companies at Danaher. Together, we’re transforming healthcare at the speed of change, delivering diagnostic tools that tackle the world’s biggest health challenges.
In this role, you will:
Own KPIs, growth, and profitability for assigned product categories.
Implement and execute marketing plans, collaborating closely with regional product managers and sales teams.
Train and support commercial teams on cutting-edge Beckman Coulter hardware and software.
Shape strategic market plans and enhance product visibility, positioning, and awareness.
Be a key technical advisor and drive product launches, from review and positioning to training and product evaluation.
Develop marketing programs to stimulate sales and achieve ambitious objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and evolving customer needs.
Be a central point of support for sales and marketing teams, offering expert guidance and training programs
What we’re looking for:
A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 1+ years in diagnostic product management or clinical laboratory functions.
Experience in hematology or immunoassay products is a plus.
Strong marketing communications and commercial expertise.
Team player with leadership abilities, capable of motivating cross-functional teams.
A natural trainer and presenter who brings enthusiasm to the role.
Adaptability, cultural openness, and self-motivation are key.
Fluent in Turkish and English, with proficiency in other languages as an asset.
Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
