Product Manager - Shipping

Salla, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a Product Leader for Shipping .

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills along with the ability to lead teams effectively.

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and vision of Salla's Shipping solutions.

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for Salla's Shipping solutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to validate product features and make informed decisions.
• Define and measure key product metrics to monitor product success and drive ongoing improvements.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Establish and evangelize best practices for product management across the organization.
•       Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company’s vision.
•    Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and final products.
•     Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
•   Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision.
•   Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
