Working as a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Sanitary Ware products, from conception to production and distribution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive product success and market growth.
Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:
- Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and development process for the sanitary ware product line.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to develop innovative and cost-effective sanitary ware products.
- Manage product pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, from initial concept through to end-of-life management.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication about product development and market needs.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in sanitary ware.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, product management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the sanitary ware, home improvement, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
