Product Manager - FIS Front Arena

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the strategic direction, development, and optimization of our FIS Front Arena trading platform within Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing financial markets. This individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the platform's functionality, ensuring it meets local regulatory requirements and supports Shariah-compliant trading instruments.

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Develop and implement the product roadmap for FIS Front Arena in line with Saudi market trends and regulatory requirements (SAMA, CMA).
• Lead initiatives to integrate local asset classes, Shariah-compliant financial instruments, and regulatory compliance into the platform.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure the platform complies with local regulations, including those set by SAMA and CMA.
• Keep the platform up-to-date with regulatory changes specific to the Saudi market.

Islamic Finance Integration:

• Collaborate with Islamic finance specialists to ensure the platform supports Shariah-compliant products.

Client Engagement:

• Meet with local clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, particularly in relation to the unique requirements of the Saudi market and the growing Tadawul exchange.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to both internal and external teams.

Local Market Knowledge:

• Stay updated on market changes, with a focus on opportunities created by Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s economic diversification strategies.
