Job Overview


As a Product Manager for Adobe products, you will be responsible for developing and managing products that align with business strategies and customer needs. This role involves creating a long-term vision for the product, defining its functionalities, and planning future features. You will collaborate with various teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the product meets market demands and customer expectations.


Adobe is a leader in digital experiences, providing tools and services that empower individuals and businesses to create, manage, and optimize content across all digital channels.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Defining the strategy and driving the development of products in Adobe Document cloud group that includes marketing leading products like Adobe Acrobat and Reader.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
  • Working with highly talented engineering, marketing, sales, and other Teams to drive success for the business.
  • Being on top of trends in the broader technology and competitive space as an input to make strategic and tactical recommendations for the product.
  • Driving product releases and progress toward each milestone for those.
  • Managing relationship with existing accounts and finding opportunities to grow the Adobe footprint.
  • Constantly Identifying key sponsors and stakeholders within assigned accounts to keep an ongoing cadence with them.
  • Collaborating tightly with the Enterprise success Team to identify cross-sell/ upsell opportunities within target accounts.
  • Creating and nurturing a strong, qualified pipeline and accurately forecasting and managing pipeline, sales activity, and revenue attainment.

Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to work through business as well as technical aspects, with focus on driving the business.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Sound interpersonal skills and proven ability to navigate in a cross-functional setup.
  • Self-driven and always striving to deliver great products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
