The Product Manager is responsible for managing specific products in terms of development, management, and marketing activities. This includes enhancing product image, providing communication across specific commercial areas and product lines.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans for assigned products.
- Implement marketing plans in the territory markets, including territory-specific and local promotional events, etc.
- Create brand packages for territory-specific products.
- Manage territory national congresses.
- Create promotional materials (printed materials, and brand reminders), according to the brand kit and marketing plan.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual sales follow-up through sales reports and analysis for assigned products.
- Develop corrective plans upon contingencies and/or sales deviations.
- Manage existing product packaging materials and provide scientific support for re-registration or local authority needs.
- Create and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and consultants on a territorial level through field visits.
- Follow up on the registration plan for new and existing territory-specific products.
- Prepare territory-specific forecasts for assigned products.
- Determine territory-specific product pricing.
- Develop training materials for the sales team on territory-specific products.
- Challenge the annual budget developed by the sales team based on IQVIA reports and market insights to ensure the budget reflects the product's expected growth.
Education and Experience Required:
- BSc. in Pharmacy or a related medical field.
- Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience.
- MBA is a plus.
- Injectables experience is a plus.
