Role Overview:


As the Product Lead for Risk, you will oversee our efforts in mitigating risks across fraud, compliance, credit and collections. This senior position involves leading the development of strategic initiatives and deploying innovative tools to enhance risk management practices, particularly focusing on compliance adherence and credit risk optimization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership and Vision: Drive the strategy and vision for risk management and compliance products, focusing on fraud detection credit and collections. Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
  • Advanced Product Strategy and Development: Spearhead the design, build and continuously improve APIs, services and systems. Focus on scaling internal product capabilities and enhancing external vendor integrations to better manage risk.
  • Sophisticated Analytics and Insights: Utilize advanced data analytics to identify and interpret fraud, credit and collections trends. Provide strategic insights to guide product improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • User-Centric Innovation: Collaborate closely with functional teams across product and operations to understand user challenges and innovate solutions that enhance user experience and safety.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and support a team of senior managers and their cross-disciplinary teams, fostering a high performance culture.

What We’re Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 10 years in product management, including significant experience in risk management and/or compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading senior teams and managing complex product portfolios in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with a track record of making strategic risk decisions that align with business goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working collaboratively with engineering teams and innovating new product solutions.
