Job Description

Create and process purchase orders for our suppliers, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented.
Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
Collaborate with the production team to monitor the estimated time of departure (ETD) for sales team orders.
Provide regular updates to the sales team on the status of their orders and any potential delays.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are shipped on time and according to the agreed schedule.
Resolve any shipping or logistical issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales forecasts to plan for stock items, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
Coordinate with the production team to align inventory levels with sales projections.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
