- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop new products
- Utilize CAD software and other product development tools to create detailed product specifications and prototypes
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform product development decisions
- Optimize existing products for improved performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the development process
- Participate in product testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production
- Present product concepts and progress reports to stakeholders and management
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and materials in the field
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Engineering, or a related field

- Proficiency in CAD software and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools
