Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management and a strong background in Finance & Accounting or the Automotive Industry. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with occasional travel as needed. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our asset management processes and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities



- Lead the implementation and optimization of IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions to meet client requirements.
- Oversee the development and customization of Maximo modules to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for asset management ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of Maximo solutions.
- Train and mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and expertise to foster their professional growth.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Maximo configurations customizations and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in asset management technologies.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Maximo solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Maximo-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through effective asset management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all asset management activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic asset management plans that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications



- Possess extensive experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
- Have a strong background in Finance & Accounting or the Automotive Industry providing valuable domain expertise.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Show proficiency in project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Possess a proactive and detail-oriented approach ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Certifications Required



IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6 PMP Certification is a plus.
