- Proven experience in procurement, contract issuance, and vendor management, preferably in engineering or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement principles, and supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in procurement software, contract management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
