Job Description
Source new suppliers according to project requirements.
Filter potential suppliers to pinpoint the most compatible among them.
Provide the presales consultant with Bill of Material (BoM), shipping & customs estimated landed cost.
Verify that all offers and quotations are valid to cover all projects’ execution period.
Review & update submitted proposals against project scope & negotiate all terms
Maintain suppliers' relationships
Update on regular basis “Suppliers’ master data file” & ensure that all adds new suppliers are added with all their contact details Prepare weekly reports
Personal Skills

Technical Skills
- A thorough understanding of the supply chain, including its various roles, processes, and challenges.
- A deep understanding of the procurement process, from identifying needs and requisitioning goods and services to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, which involves identifying and selecting the best suppliers for an organization based on factors such as cost, quality, and reliability.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed procurement decisions.
- This includes the ability to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets, as well as to use data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
- The ability to manage procurement projects effectively, from planning and execution to monitoring and control.
