responsible for research the market to find trustworthy suppliers with high
quality goods, negotiate with them, ensure that deliveries are on time,
complete, free of damage, as well as keep track of inventory and assets; all to

responsibilities:
- search for local and international suppliers and
manufacturers as per company needs.
- visit suppliers and negotiate contracts with vendors
to secure the best prices, terms, and services.
- maintain strong
relationships with local and international suppliers.
- monitor vendors
performance and quality.
- develop an effective
and accurate system for monitoring purchase requests and orders.
- manage inventory,
including current stock and new deliveries.
- ensure the accuracy of
purchase requests and orders.
- adjusts travel routes
to avoid traffic congestion or road construction to ensure timely delivery of
orders.
- provide accurate time
records of the company vehicle’s coming and going.
- manage daily operations
and ensure they run smooth.
Requirements- relevant experience in a similar position for at
least 1-3 years
- bachelor degree
- excellent English language, Arabic is a plus
- excellent verbal, writing, and listening skills
- self-motivated and creative problem-solver
- ability to work both autonomously and in a team
setting
