Procurement Planning & Reporting Specialist
You will be responsible for
Support in the preparation of reporting templates
Provide logistical and administrative support to facilitate communication channels between STA and business users
Organize and facilitate logistics for committee meetings, and draft and circulate minutes of meetings with attendees
Assist the with following up on the timely and accurate execution of action items
Support in the preparation of the end-of-year performance report including lessons learned, as required
Provide logistical support at planned workshops with committees and stakeholders, as required
Use digital tools and systems to continuously check on progress and updates of logged tasks
Prepare regular reports on the progress of delegated action items and update relevant data in the computer system
Archive copies and follow-up forms of completed issues and adjust the action register accordingly
Maintain records of Minutes of Meeting for all workshops and meetings held, and circulate with relevant stakeholders
Communicate updates and changes related to the Procurement department to concerned departments and stakeholders both internally and externally
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Graphic Designing, Production & Publishing or equivalent.
At least 1 years of relevant experience
