  • Set and develop the annual plan of Procurement & Logistics to support the overall strategic objectives of the company.
  • Align and update the Procurement & Logistics strategic goals with the company overall strategic goals and ensures mechanism of achieving these goals.
  • Supervise and manage all the daily Procurement & Logistics department activities in order to achieve the set goals.
  • Manage the demand planning and purchasing activities to ensure flow of items that serve market needs and clients contractual obligations.
  • Oversee scheduling and expediting of deliveries, including all vendors’ agreements.
  • Oversee the tagging, recording, checking the inventory periodically and monitoring the movement of items.
  • Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum operations.
  • Manage the team to handle items demand and supply management and reporting.
  • Establish, support, and assist in the implementation and execution of best practice processes to reach desired levels of performance.
  • Oversee vendors/ suppliers schedule commitments, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
  • Ensure requested items and material, are efficiently delivered.
  • Direct warehouses and oversee periodic and annual stock counts.
