Duties & Responsibilities:
· Reviews work produced by subordinates to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed and that the quality of procured items meets or exceeds requirements. Monitors the productivity and technical proficiency of the assigned personnel. Make staffing assignments and reassignments as Company and project needs dictate. Monitors staffing requirements and expenditures within budget constraints.
· Coordinates procurement activities with clients, project management, and other departments within the Company.
· Actively participates in the Company’s Quality Improvement Process. Promotes technical excellence in all employees. May endeavor to develop a partnership agreement where supplier quality and performance are consistent with Company and client requirements.
· Participates in establishing and maintaining Procurement Department policies and procedures, working closely with upper management. Ensures compliance with the Company’s business ethics policy and with the Conflict of Interest Policy. Offers training in these policies, as needed, to the assigned procurement personnel.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
· At least 15 years of diversified experience in all phases of procurement activities on large entertainment or leisure projects, including managerial experience.
· Extensive experience in all aspects of procurement
· Proven managerial capability
· Excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required.
