Job Description

  • Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time,cost, and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
  • Follow the requirements of the procurement plan and ensure all projects and deliverables are submitted on time according to client specifications.
  • Evaluate available suppliers to select the most appropriate one to purchase cost-effective materials and project supplies to meet organizational requirements.
  • Handle contractual, financial, and legal compliance regulations for all project related purchases and expenses.

Skills

  • Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements.
  • An experienced individual skilled in handling project activities and responsibilities related to procurement.
  • Previous experience in analyzing material bills and project drawings to understand essential requirements for project completion.
  • Proven track record of analyzing bills of materials along with understanding project drawings to conclude key project requirements.
