Job Description

The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in Khobar & Zuluf (Nariyah), Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 Plus of years of experience in procurement and should be able to handle purchasing activities efficiently. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the procurement Manager &team in sourcing and selecting suppliers
  2. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  3. Handle purchase orders and invoices
  4. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities
  5. Assist in evaluating supplier performance and negotiating contracts

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 10 Plus years of experience in procurement
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
