Job Description
The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in Khobar & Zuluf (Nariyah), Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 Plus of years of experience in procurement and should be able to handle purchasing activities efficiently. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the procurement Manager &team in sourcing and selecting suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Handle purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and negotiating contracts
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 10 Plus years of experience in procurement
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
