Project Duration: 2 months (deliverable based).
Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Starting Date: as soon as possible.
We are seeking a skilled Process Refinement Consultant to assist in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of one of our key units. The consultant will work closely with a designated team to conduct a current state assessment, followed by refining the unit's operating model, policies, and procedures. A key deliverable will be the development of essential templates and methodologies to support the unit’s contract management, tracking, and risk mitigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Assessment Team:
- Work with a separate team conducting the current state assessment of the unit, providing input and alignment for effective evaluation.
- Review assessment findings to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
Refine Operating Model, Policies, and Procedures:
- Assist in redesigning the unit's operating model to align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Update or create policies and procedures based on insights from the assessment.
Develop Templates and Methodologies:
- Create comprehensive contract drafting templates to standardize documentation.
- Design contract tracking tools to monitor the status, milestones, and performance of contracts.
- Build and implement a risk register template to proactively manage risks across operations.
- Develop additional templates as needed to support the unit’s operations and governance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of the refined processes with operational needs.
- Provide documentation and training, as needed, to facilitate the adoption of new templates, tools, and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:- 5-8 years of experience in process improvement, operating model refinement, or consulting.
- Proven expertise in developing templates, tools, and methodologies to support business operations.
- Strong knowledge of contract management processes and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate assessment findings into actionable improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in policy development and procedure refinement is preferred.
