Develop methodologies for project planning, Task management, Risk management, Budget management, Compliance, and Communication management to maximize the shareholders' value. Responsible to establish KPIs and monitor the achievement of the KPIs related to annual performance objectives. Strong technical Aromatics background, a deep understanding of petrochemical mega projects, and a proven track record of driving results while ensuring continuous process improvements. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
Minimum Work Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and design of aromatic petrochemical units (PX, isomerization, and trans-alkylation).
