Job Description

  • Design and develop process flows and layouts for production operations.
  • Analyze existing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Conduct experiments and simulations to test process designs and modifications.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor process performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on process-related systems and practices.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
