Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients according to established standards and protocols.
  • Monitor patient health and vital signs, administering medication and treatments as prescribed.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical regulations.
  • Assist in the education and training of patients and families on health management and lifestyle changes.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment for patient care.
  • Stay current with developments in nursing practices and healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases and improve practices.


Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of patient care standards and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience; up to 10 years is preferred.
  • Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in private nursing or home healthcare services.
  • Experience with chronic illness management and emergency response.
  • Familiarity with healthcare software and patient management systems.
