Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality general practice medical care to patients, ensuring the highest standard of treatment.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, symptoms, and conditions.
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans for common medical issues and manage ongoing health concerns.
  • Perform routine medical examinations and provide preventive care and health education.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals for referrals and collaborative care.
  • Stay updated on the latest medical practices, guidelines, and treatments.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional patient care focusing on patient satisfaction and wellbeing.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license to practice as a GP in Bahrain.
  • Strong understanding of various medical conditions and treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in general practice or family medicine.
  • Prior experience working in a private healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Experience in patient management and delivering high-quality healthcare services.
