Enrollment Capacity: 1,400 students (brand new school with the first academic year beginning August 2025 with enrollment for Kindergarten and Primary School divisions)
School Curriculum: combining the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), leading to IGCSE and A Level programs at the secondary level.
School Facilities: A spacious campus featuring a well-appointed library, modern science laboratories, and more.
Student Demographics: both local and international students.
Overview
This Education Group has more than 100 schools across 9 countries, and run pre-schools as well as K-12 international schools. Together, these schools provide internationally recognised programmes and high-quality education to over 25,000 students globally. The group also runs enrichment programmes and cutting-edge ed-tech programmes to scale the provision of high-quality education in pre-schools. In 2025 they will be opening a brand new international school in Saudi Arabia.
The school is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Founding Principal to manage all aspects of the school's operations and academic leadership. Key responsibilities include;

• Oversee all aspects of school management, including strategic planning, academic performance, staffing, and student well-being.
• Implement and monitor the curriculum to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Ensure the successful recruitment and retention of students, engaging both local and international families.
• Foster a positive school culture and maintain strong communication with staff, students, and parents.
• Ensure effective collaboration with the Education Group leadership team, following organizational policies and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A formal teaching qualification, such as a Bachelors Degree in Education.
• Advantageous: A Masters Degree in Education or Educational Leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of the UK curriculum; IB experience would be beneficial.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role in education.
• Experience as a founding principal is a plus. Previous experience leading an international school in KSA or the GCC is highly desirable
• Energetic, ambitious, and committed to educational excellence
• Strong communication and marketing skills, capable of attracting new families to the school
• Demonstrated pedagogical leadership skills to ensure that teaching and learning build confidence among existing families and help students make strong academic progress.

Salary and Benefits
Base Salary: approx. SR 35,000 - 45,000 per month
Accommodation: A 2-bedroom apartment provided in an expatriate residential complex near the school.
Gratuity: 1 month's salary for every year of service completed, upon full contract term completion.
Annual Leave: School holidays as per the school calendar (excluding preparation weeks before the academic year).
