Job Title: Presales Engineer
Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Senior and Junior Engineers to join our dynamic team, specializing in Security, Information Systems (IS), and Application Solutions. As an Engineer, you will be pivotal in driving technical excellence, working closely with our clients to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will be part of a collaborative environment where innovation and expertise are at the core of every project.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand requirements and develop technical solutions across security, IS, and application domains.Design and architect technical solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to current and potential clients.Provide expert consultation on security, IS, and application solutions.Assist in preparing technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and proposals.Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate solutions effectively.
Security Engineers:
Expertise inPhysical and Cybersecuritysolutions, includingCCTV,Access Control,Datacenter Security,PAM,Endpoint Protection,MDM,OTP, andCommunication Security.Strong experience withData Protectionand security technologies that safeguard digital environments.Familiarity withISis a plus.Hands-on experience with designing and implementingSecurity Solutionsfor complex IT infrastructures.Ability to address client-specific security needs and provide customized solutions.
IS Engineers:
Expertise inComputing,Storage,Networking, andCloudtechnologies.Experience withServers,Storage Solutions,Datacenter Designs,Disaster Recovery (DR),Capacity Management, andTraffic Loads.Strong background inDatacenter Management Applicationsand related infrastructure solutions.Familiarity withBusiness Operationstools such asExchangeandActive Directory (AD).Security experienceis a plus but not mandatory.
Application Engineers:
Expertise inBusiness Applications,Mobile Apps, andBusiness Automation.Hands-on experience with key technologies likeERP,CRM,Portal Solutions,IoT,AI,BI,CMS,DMS,BPM,AIM,Fleet Management, andSystem Integration.Knowledge ofApplication Securityis beneficial, ensuring that solutions are secure and meet best practices.Proven ability to integrate business applications and streamline business processes.
Qualifications:
Senior Engineers:10+ years of overall experience, with at least 7 years in technical roles and 5+ years in presales and solution architecture.Junior Engineers:5+ years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in technical roles and 3 years in presales and solution architecture.
