Job Overview
FUTURETECH Limited Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Low Current Systems Engineerto join our Networking and IT Infrastructure department. This role will play a critical part in driving our growth by supporting pre-sales activities, responding to RFQs, and delivering innovative low current system solutions to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to solving complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored low current system solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations for RFQs.
Design & Solutioning:
- Develop low current systems designs, including CCTV, access control, public address systems, fire alarm systems, and structured cabling.
- Ensure designs comply with local and international standards and client specifications.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source the best solutions.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in low current systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the sales team and clients.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
Project Handover:
- Collaborate with the project execution team to ensure smooth handover of pre-sales designs and documentation.
- Provide technical support during the initial implementation phase.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and provide prompt technical clarifications during the sales process.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical design of low current systems.
- Strong knowledge of low current systems such as CCTV, access control, public address, and fire alarm systems.
- Familiarity with Saudi market regulations and standards (e.g., SBC, NEC, ZATCA compliance).
- Experience with CAD tools, Visio, or other design software for technical drawings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
