Pre Sales Officer

ALAQTAR is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pre Sales Officer to join our team. As a Pre Sales Officer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with product information, and closing sales deals over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products and services
• Answer incoming calls from potential customers and provide them with information about our products and services
• Identify customer needs, answer their questions, and recommend suitable products or services
• Close sales deals over the phone and achieve sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
