Job Description
The
Pre-Sales Manager will provide expert technical consultancy and lead pre-sales
initiatives, translating complex product knowledge into valuable solutions for
customers. This role will involve collaborating closely with the Business
Development team to participate in customer meetings and contribute to
technical account planning.
Key
Responsibilities
- Developing
comprehensive technical sales proposals and responses to tenders, particularly
within the Etimad portal for Saudi governmental projects.
- Presenting
and differentiating the company's product offerings against competitors at a
technical level.
- Building
strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication,
presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Provide
technical expertise and guidance to sales teams and customers.
- Develop
comprehensive technical sales proposals for the Etimad platform.
- Collaborate
with the Business Development team to engage with customers.
- Train and
enable the sales team on product features and benefits.
- Stay
updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Conduct
technical product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the company's
offerings and address customer queries
Qualifications- Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7
years of experience in IT presales and digital transformation.
- Strong
experience with the Etimad platform.
- Deep
understanding of Saudi government procurement processes.
- In-depth
knowledge of Cisco Collaboration, Infrastructure, Routing & Switching, and
mobility solutions.
- Relevant
certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, or other related technologies
preferred.
- Fluent in
English.
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills.
- Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills
