Candidate profile
Degree in business, management, marketing, technical studies or equivalent Fluent in English, both written and spoken Experience in CX or loyalty programs is required Ability to work effectively as a team player Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to think clearly and logically Ability to work in a dynamic environment with focus on meeting deadlines Availability and willingness to travel for business trips Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Your responsibilities
Obtaining new clients and managing relationships with existing clients Active participation in pre-sales processes/RFPs Participating in team projects and roll out of new features Driving the adoption of the Comarch solutions across customers from multiple industries Support of R&D Understanding and creating client needs Presenting Comarch’s loyalty expertise and systems Global market research Focusing on the Middle Eastern, African and Asian markets
