Job Description

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, display, SEO/SEM & email advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
  • Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
  • Briefing, coordinating and guiding advertising and media partners on new and ongoing activities to achieve optimal results
  • Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
