• Supports the interface management between projects and programmes under F&E.
• Helps to controls the master schedule for all projects and programmes currently being delivered under F&E.
• Maintains the master schedule and advises on the impact of missed milestones and dependencies.
• Works with the Reporting function to advise on corrective actions for schedule delays.
• Provides support and guidance to project and programme teams.
• Helps to ensure all project schedules include activities that are aligned to the F&E Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Reviews the accuracy of schedules to reduce the risk of optimism bias and benchmarks these with other projects and programmes under F&E.
• Helps to ensure that schedules are cost and resource loaded in accordance with Earned Value Management principles and F&E standards.
• Reviews Schedule submissions submitted by outsourced consultants and contractors.
