Project Management Oversight: Manage and track multiple ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and ensure all projects stay on track, maintaining a high level of quality and adherence to deadlines.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports, performance metrics, and project documentation to senior leadership.
PMO Process Development: Support the development and refinement of PMO processes, ensuring best practices in project governance and execution.
Risk Management: Identify project risks early and propose mitigation strategies to ensure minimal impact on project deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
Vendor Management: Experience in managing external vendors and ensuring the timely delivery of outsourced work.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
Certifications: PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
