PM - Conversational AI (Chatbot & IVR) System-Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline creation, risk management, and budget tracking.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (developers, designers, testers, business analysts) throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Solution Design & Architecture:
  • Work closely with architects and developers to design and implement robust and scalable Conversational AI solutions.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility and alignment of solutions with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns.
• Quality Assurance & Testing:
  • Oversee quality assurance activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Conversational AI technologies and industry best practices.
