Job Description

  • As the Plant Manager/Senior Plant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that functional objectives related to safety, quality, and compliance are met, alongside overseeing business aspects such as budgeting and cost management.
  • Your role will involve integrating and developing processes that align with organizational needs and managing complex issues within your areas of expertise.
  • You will also play a crucial role in long-term strategic planning and contribute to the overarching business strategy.
  • Your leadership will be essential in guiding plant operations to meet customer demands for quality, cost, and delivery. This includes developing and mentoring staff leaders, collaborating with customers and internal teams, and driving the attainment of plant goals.
  • You'll ensure compliance with industry standards, such as API 6A and ISO certifications, and establish a vision for success aligned with headquarters’ objectives.
  • Additionally, you will facilitate operational decision-making, manage regulatory compliance, develop and track budgets, and create a future-ready manufacturing team.

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on guiding teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Capability to develop and mentor staff leaders, providing constructive feedback.
  • Skilled in working with customers and internal stakeholders to fulfill organizational requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving plant goals related to quality, cost, delivery, compliance, and safety.
  • Knowledge of certification standards, including API 6A and ISO, with a track record of maintaining these certifications.
  • Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance and managing budgets.
