Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee detailed project schedules that align with project objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with various project stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to planning and execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and analyze risks associated with project timelines and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead planning sessions and provide mentorship to team members to enhance their planning capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and compliance with organizational standards.
