The project: 

This opportunity is to be involved in a Major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including Cultural and heritage assets, F&B, Retail and Hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities. 

Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced people.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Collaborates with the planning function on allocated project and contributes, as required.

  
  

• Supports PMO functions in the delivery of the project, as required, ensuring they are delivered on time and accurately.

  
  

• Responsible for supporting the interface planning for a large complex portfolio of projects.

  
  

• Develops detailed plans taking full cognisance of logistics/site/project constraints.

  
  

• Interfaces with Project Team, contributing to the production of the monthly progress report to the project team and understand functional obligations under the contract.

  
  

• Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress.

  
  

• Communicates effectively with the client, project team and stakeholders.

  
  

• Ensures health and safety through programme integration.

  
  

• Establishes and oversees project work plan and deadlines.

  
  

• Undertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment.

  
  

• Responsible for coordinating activities for team. 

  
  

• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

  
  

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

  
  

• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, Power BI and Microsoft Office suite

  
  

You’ll also have:

• Working towards a professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI).

  
  

• Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.

  
  

• Able to respond to all client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.

  
  

• Communicate & present to project team on programme drivers, goals & issues, etc.
