Lead project planning and control
activities, including developing time schedules, S-curves, cash flows, and
manpower histograms for MEP projects across the kingdom.
Deliver Level IV and V resource and
cost-loaded integrated programs for awarded projects.
Provide the Estimation Department with
planning packages, including Level I/II schedules, manpower
tabulation/forecasts, and cash flows for tenders.
Work closely with all organizational
levels to ensure the implementation of schedule controls.
Monitor and advise on target plans for
design, procurement, and construction departments to achieve project milestones
and targets as per the baseline schedule.
Initiate resource planning for
company-wide manpower and staff mobilization and release plans.
Analyze resource plans and recommend
recruitment requirements to management.
Assist the Estimation Department with
detailed planning packages at the tender stage to secure new projects.
Initiate preparation of EOTs
(Extension of Time) and assist the Commercial Department with cost claims in
case of delays.
Prepare and present monthly corporate
technical and commercial reports for projects.
Facilitate the company's strategic
decisions for long-term project planning.
Coordinate effectively with vendors,
customers, and in-house departments for related activities.
Examine work processes to assess
completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
Generate S-curves for planned progress
and cash flow, as well as manpower histograms.
Prepare productivity control tools and
coordinate with project managers to utilize resources effectively.
Develop recovery plans, EOTs, and cost
claims for projects anticipated to be extended beyond the contract finish date
due to client or civil contractor issues.
Provide technical, commercial, and
cost control reports to senior management to highlight overall performance and
critical issues/risks on a monthly basis.
Document and provide information on
delays, difficulties, and changes to cost estimates.
Maintain hands-on experience with
Primavera 6.0, MS Projects, and MS Office tools.
Exhibit excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in
project planning and control, specifically in MEP projects.
Proficiency in project management
software such as Primavera 6.0 and MS Projects.
Strong knowledge of project
scheduling, cost control, and resource planning.
Proven experience in preparing time
schedules, S-curves, cash flows, and manpower histograms.
Ability to analyze resource plans and
recommend recruitment needs.
Experience in preparing EOTs and cost
claims.
Strong understanding of project
management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation,
and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively with

Certification in
Project Management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.
