Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our Topian Asset Development Team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a broad range of assets from inception to completion. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of asset delivery across all project life cycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.


Key skills include project scheduling, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation, all from an owner-representative perspective. Responsibilities
  • Support the development of Client reporting requirements and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
  • Estimate, allocate, and manage resources (labor, equipment, materials) to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitor resource availability and usage, ensuring that resources are optimally deployed to avoid delays or bottlenecks.
  • Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Assist in the identification of opportunities for schedule optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Participate in regular meetings and discussions to provide schedule updates and address any scheduling-related issues.
  • Foster collaboration and effectively communicate with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on asset delivery progress, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment of schedules with project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Team and Operations team to develop and maintain a comprehensive asset delivery schedule.
  • Monitor and analyze project timelines, identifying critical paths and potential delays.
  • Develop S-Curves and track variation orders throughout the lifecycle of projects.
