Planning Engineer (MEP)

• You are responsible for defining the appropriate techniques and the sequence of the construction program for one or more of our construction projects.
• You assess the viability and possibility of different construction methods to decide which one is the best in terms of budget, logistics, and timing.
• Your planning will be used to specify and determine the timing of the project.
• You monitor the progress of the construction site and take action to smooth or correct the construction process.
• You document all your planning clearly, making them easily accessible and usable by the site engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in MEP planning and coordination within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale projects -Stadium experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and regulations.
• Good understanding of basic construction sequencing and interfacing.
• You have a good experience with specialized construction planning software (Primavera P6, MSP, TILOS).
• You have a very good knowledge with Ms Office package.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• You are ready to be assigned in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
