We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry and will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans to meet company objectives. The Planning Engineer will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products to customers.
Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement production plans to meet company objectives
. Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
. Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement
. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to maintain adequate stock
. Prepare reports on production performance and make recommendations for improvements
. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
. Provide support to the project management team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
