The Planning and Strategy in Digital Transformation, Qiyas, and Enterprise Architecture Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for driving strategic planning, governance, and performance measurement for digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on aligning business processes with the organization’s strategy through enterprise architecture and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor success. The Manager/Senior Manager will ensure that digital initiatives are aligned with governance frameworks and business goals, while optimizing operational processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Oversee the design and execution of enterprise architecture frameworks that support the organization’s digital and business strategies.
  • Implement and monitor governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT) to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic metrics (Qiyas) to evaluate the effectiveness and progress of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate the integration of business processes and procedures into the enterprise architecture to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and senior leadership, to align digital transformation projects with business needs.
  • Provide strategic oversight in the development of Balanced Scorecards (BSC) to measure organizational performance against strategic goals.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of business process management (BPM) methodologies to streamline operations and drive innovation.
  • Lead and participate in the evaluation of digital transformation technologies and trends, ensuring their alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Establish and manage governance processes for enterprise architecture, ensuring the alignment of IT infrastructure and systems with business strategy.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the planning and strategy team, ensuring continuous professional development and alignment with best practices.
  • Regularly report on the performance and outcomes of digital transformation initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, governance, performance management, and operations.
  • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven ability to integrate business processes with strategic goals.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Enterprise Architecture, or a related field.
  • Certified in Balanced Scorecard (BSC), COBIT, Business Process Management (BPM), or similar certifications.
  • Extensive experience in digital transformation and enterprise architecture methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks and experience implementing IT and business governance standards.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic performance management frameworks, including KPIs and Qiyas.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing complex digital initiatives.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital trends that drive business innovation and efficiency.
